FORTBOXX INC. offers its products with the terms, conditions and notices as follows:

Terms of Use:
This product is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.

Use of Product:
Fortboxx Inc.’s products are intended for the sole purpose of providing materials to assist its customers with the process of moving. This product may not be used for any other purpose, and any other uses are expressly prohibited under the terms of this Disclaimer. You may not modify, copy or reproduce this product.

Limitation of Liability:
The customer acknowledges and agrees that moving can cause serious injury or death, and in no event shall Fortboxx Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or other damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this product.

Other Statements:
Any written or oral statement made by Fortboxx Inc.’s directors, officers, shareholders, representatives and employees, do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by the customer, and are not part of the contract for sale.

Entire Obligation:
If any term or condition of the Disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then such provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Disclaimer shall remain in full force and effect.

Modification of Terms and Conditions:
Fortboxx Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this product is offered at any time without further notice.

Jurisdiction:
The Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Disclaimer.
